Regarding the allocation of Student Senate Funds to the Fall 2011 Christmas Party

Be it enacted by the LeTourneau University Student Senate

Short Title

Section A:

This act may be entitled the Fall 2011 Christmas Party Allocation Act

Appropriations

Section B:

Funds in the amount of two hundred and fifty dollars ($225) shall be allocated to the LeTourneau University Student Senate Events Committee.

Use of Funds

Section C:

1: Funds allocated to the Events committee shall be used for funding of the 2011 Letourneau “Finals Eve” Christmas Party. Any funds not used shall be returned to the account.

Effective Date

Section D:

This act shall become effective on passage.
