An Amendment

Relating to the amending of the Constitutional Bylaws 

Be it enacted by the LeTourneau University Student Senate

Short Title

Section A. This act may be referred to as the “PPT Scholarship Amendment of Spring 2015 ”

Appropriations

Section B. 

The following subsections shall be amended in the Constitutional Bylaws to read as shown:

Article I - Budget

Section D - Scholarships

3. Senate officers shall receive the following amounts per semester:

President Pro Tempore: $750

Effective Date

Section C. 

This act shall become effective upon passage of a 2/3 majority vote.
