Relating to the allocation of funds for purchase of Senate Shirts and their embroidery with the Senate Logo. 

Be it enacted by the LeTourneau University Student Senate

Short Title

Section A. This act may be referred to as the “Senate Shirt Purchase Order Bill of Fall 2014"

Appropriations

Section B. 

1. A total of Thirteen Hundred Dollars ($1300) shall be appropriated.

2. Shirts range from $24.48 to $27.94, an additional $6 per shirt for embroidery, and a one-time logo digitization cost of less than $50.

3. Shirts will be ordered for every member of Senate, as well as the secretary and the Vice-President. Additionally, 15 additional shirts of various sizes will be purchased as extras and for future Senators. This comes to 35 shirts.

4. Given an average shirt cost of $25.50 plus the $6 embroidery charge and $50 digitization, 35 shirts come out to about $1150. The remaining $150 will cover shipping.

5. All funds not used in this manner shall revert to the Senate General Fund

Effective Date

Section C. This act shall become effective upon passage.
