Relating to the automatic allocation of funds to YAKS are Cool (Yellowjacket Activities Council)

Be it enacted by the LeTourneau University Student Senate

Short Title

Section A.

This act may be referred to as the "YAC Additional Allocation Bill of Spring 2026."

Appropriations

Section B.

Upon passage of this bill, Yellowjacket Activities Council (YAC) will be allocated an additional 5% of the student government fund.

Effective Date

Section C.

This act shall become effective upon passage.

Explanations and Reasoning

Section D.

This additional funding is granted due to YAC presenting their Spring 2026 budget to Student Senate.

Funding is accessible to those affiliated with LeTourneau University.
