Reports:
Chairman Reeve: Ice Cream this Friday.
VP Zoboroski: That reminds me, you need to write a bill for that and present it next week.
Special Business:
VP Zoboroski: This semester, Exec Cab is hosting a dance in late march. Us people in exec cab aren't really decorators at heart, so if any of you guys would want to do that, please let us know.
President Robinson: Or if you know anyone who wants to help. No one wants it to be up to me.
Dr. Conn: Where is the dance?
President Robinson: The same place where we are doing the etiquette dinner, which is Pine Crest Country Club.
VP Zoboroski: Club funding is going to be January 31st. Should be a Saturday from 1-3. Budgets are due the Wednesday before that. We'll get all the stuff sent out hopefully for tomorrow. The other thing that we're doing is elections. I was told that we want to bring back elections. I kind of cheated my way through that, because I was the only one eligible. I didnt even get sworn in, and I didn't do any signatures.
PPT Chandler: So theoretically, are you even the VP?
VP Zoboroski: I'm getting the money, so...
Dr. Conn: You got appointed after the fact, because there was a vacancy because no one ran.
VP Zoboroski: If there is somehow competition for President, then we will do all that election stuff.

Announcements:
Open Forum:
Senator LaQuey: I have a matter to bring up, which may ne a little lengthy. Over the break, I read through the constitution and bylaws, and I discovered a number of inconsistincies in the way we run things. I plan to bring more specifics up next week. If you haven't read it, please do.
Senator Wooden: Do you want to update how we do things or update the constitution.
Senator LaQuey: Either can happen.
President Robinson: We did update the constitution fairly recently, so we would prefer that we would lean towards changing what we do, not the constitution. Full transparency, I haven't signed a bill, like ever.
VP Zoboroski: It was updated like last year.
PPT Chandler: It was updated two years ago, when Lilith was VP.
Senator LaQuey: I have about 12 things that I think should be brought up.
Suggestion Box Suggestions brought up.
VP Zoboroski: Be more awesome, be more whimsical, frolic more, don't stress twin :)... Make the maker lab available to the greater Longview community at a reasonable monthly fee. Advertise in public areas. Use the revenue to fund other events.
President Robinson: My only concern is that it could become too popular, and then wouldn't let students be able to use the stuff that is intended for them.
VP Zoboroski: This seems more like a personal project, at least to me. It would take a lot of work, and not necessarily is a senate job.
VP Zoboroski: This one says buy a shwarma spit for the corner cafe. Then we could have glorious mediterranean food... This one says give Kyle a raise, I'm fine with that... This one just says you are loved... That's it.
We now move onto the horse race. Senator Hansen won
