LSM Treasurer Jacob Conrad presents the Spring 2026 LSM Budget.

YAC President Bronwyn Avina presents the Spring 2026 YAC Budget.

VP Zoboroski: Club funding, Saturday, 1 pm. If you haven't been before, please try to show up. It's a fun time, its like an hour and a half to two hours. If you go to Solheim, its in that back conference room. (Steudler Lounge)

VP Zoboroski: Okay, we made a google doc of every committee. This is technically the official list of who is in what committee. After we are done here, everyone will go in their groups and just give the lay down of what's going on. 

Senator Hefley presented Motion 1. See appended below.

Senator Hefley: Luke and I were also thinking of putting together a resolution in order to document this better. We'll probably get this done in the very soon future. 

We now move onto the horse race. Senator Khalifa won.

MOTION 1

I move to refer the restoration of formal parliamentary procedure to the Public Records and Relations (PR&R) Committee, with instructions to:

(1) determine and clarify the abridged version of Robert’s Rules of Order to be used by the Student Senate;
(2) review and define the current meeting agenda and specify the formal proceedings applicable to each agenda item, including establishing a standardized structure for any first readings, second readings, and referrals to committee;
(3) develop dress code recommendations or policy changes for Senate meetings;
(4) prepare instructional materials, including a presentation, to train members in parliamentary procedure;
(5) update the official Student Senate website;
(6) design, implement, and present a centralized documentation system;

and to report completion of all responsibilities listed in items (1) through (4) to the Senate no later than February 19, and completion of items (5) and (6) no later than March 12,

and provided that the PR&R Chair may delegate tasks associated with this one‑time charge to other senators, including senators serving on other committees, but that the PR&R Chair shall remain personally responsible for the coordination, completion, and timely fulfillment of all instructions contained in this referral.
