Chairman Amerson: Steve Conn has the applications, and I've gotten some emails about scheduling interviews, so I will be scheduling those soon. We might have several people running for a few positions, so we will do a debate for those.

LSM Additional Allocation Bill of Spring 2026 is brought up and passed.

VP Zoboroski: I'm going to open up the floor to any questions, since not everyone was there.

Chairman Reeve: Wasn't Baja brought up to $900?

VP Zoboroski: After the meeting, Lavery and I met. She made some points, and we made an adjustment to give $100 more to Men's Rugby.

PPT Chandler: What were those points?

VP Zoboroski: First off, Baja did submit their budget one whole day late. There was a lot of miscommunication with the Men's Rugby leadership, so we wanted to give them some grace.

Senator Farley: But why weren't they there at the meeting?

Chairwoman Riccio: Because they are under new leadership, they only found out about the meeting a few days prior, and they weren't able to be there because they were gone that weekend for family reasons.

Chairman Reeve: If we base this decision just off of the fact that Baja was late, we weren't the only ones who were late, such as MuKappa.

VP Zoboroski: Baja sent theirs on Friday. MuKappa sent theirs first thing on Thursday, and made several apologies over email and in person. I understand that they didn't show up to the meeting, but Men's Rugby is a very unique situation, and their leadership doesn't have a clue what's going on. 

Senator Farley: If it is some crazy situation and we really do want to help them out, why did we not just bump the total up to $11,100 dollars instead of taking it from someone else? I wouldn't have had as much of a problem if you wouldn't take it from someone else.

Senator Hefley: If we do end up changing this, can we also fix the typo to change "Nuses Christian Fellowship".

Bill is amended to give Baja $900 and Men's Rugby the extra $100.

Bill is passed.

Senate Proceedings Resolution of Spring 2026 is brought up and approved.

Senator Hefley: At a certain point, our slide was on there, but they took it off after like two months. Do you want me to email them to get it back on there?

VP Zoboroski: Yeah. I didn't know that they did that.
