Relating to the purchasing of food and drinks for 2023 Debate Night

Be it enacted by the LeTourneau University Student Senate

Short Title

Section A.

This act may be referred to as the "Debate Night Funding Act of Spring 2023"

Appropriations

Section B.

A total of four hundred ($400) shall be allocated from the Senate general fund for the purchase of food and drink.

Effective Date

Section C.

This bill shall become effective upon passage

Stipulations

Section D.

1.    The funds appropriated in this bill will be used to purchase pizza and drinks for debate night.

2.    All funds not used in this manner shall revert back to the Senate general fund.

Section E.

Debate night is important. Hosting with food helps it run well.
