PPT Chandler: At the end of this session we will be taking shirt sizes and distribute the shirts. We're gonna wait if you don't have six weeks of attendance, because we want to make sure we're 

VP Zoboroski: Next week we plan to hand out the shirts and then take the photo. 

PPT Chandler: We're gonna add those pictures to the website.

Chairman Reeve: Ice Cream, Friday 4PM

PPT Chandler: We've been asked to help out for TOTOCS just to direct traffic. If you're intereseted in volunteering, let me or Kyle know.

Special Business:

VP Zoboroski: Monday after fall break, Exec Cab is doing the Hispanic Heritage night. If any of yall can volunteer, that would be helpful. If you can, just email Kaleb. We probably need about three people. Wait I just realized we won't have session next week. Man, we really missing a lot of session this year.

Open Forum:

VP Zoboroski: We want to bring back committees this year. So, we have four committees: Go Pro, PR&R, Student Life, and FAC. We're gonna do this today, so does anyone have a preference as to which one they want to be in.

Senator Dempsey: Can yall like describe the roles?

Chairwoman Riccio: The main thing we do is just club funding, but we already did that, so it's just kind of chilling right now. 

PPT Chandler: The kind of goal with this is to say "oh, FAC is gonna help with this, or Student life can volunteer for this" It'll make us a little more cohesive and help the chairs not have so many responsibilities. Also there's busy times and not so busy times. Go pro has nothing in the fall, but is super busy in the spring. Student life is pretty constant. PR&R is all of the bills, roll, and the website.

Chairman Reeve: We're not going to force you into a group. If you don't want to do one committee, then try another one. It also helps if you want to be a chair, because it gives you a shoe-in.

PPT Chandler: We kinda didn't really have anyone trained up last year, because a whole bunch of seniors graduated, so we want to do that better this year.

Chairman Reeve: Probably the biggest thing Student Life is known for is Ice Cream. But also, we just want to have a good relationship with students in general. 

Chairman Mascorro: The main thing I do is take roll, record minutes, and then manage the website with bills and minutes. Also we kinda already have Coen doing some stuff that I think can just go in PR&R.

VP Zoboroski: Yeah, put Coen in that group. Also put Farley in the money group.

VP Zoboroski: Keenan isn't here, but Leeland you were co-chair last year.

PPT Chandler: Yeah, so basically in the spring theres a whole bunch of involvement and organizing meetings for all of the elected positions, so like president, VP, YAC, LSM, and all that stuff. It's really nice to have people helping out to make the interview questions and organizing those interviews and the debate if people are opposing. The rest of the year, we'll have them do other things like Duck-Cam or SI Blitz.

VP Zoboroski: The main thing, especially for GoPro and FAC, FAC is just a crazy busy three weeks because you're just getting emails the whole time and you have to deal with all these budgets. Same with go pro. We're not asking for people to work 10 hours a week or anything, just to have a few people available is great.
