Reports:

PPT Chandler: Currently we're setting up and figuring out the roles of the new chairs. We have a chapel announcement next Wednesday. Shirts will be available for members who have had at least 6 weeks of solid attendance.

Chairwoman Riccio: I made the chapel slide and emailed it to Hanniah, still need to talk to Wanda.

Chairman Mascorro: I just got the login for the website, will be working on updating any outdated info.

Chairman Amerson: I still need to talk to Jake or Lilith and get duck-cam and Instagram logins. 

Chairman Reeve: I just got the Word doc for the Ice Cream bill. Ice Cream this Friday, still looking for a car to get to Sam's to buy ice cream.

VP Zoboroski: Remember to put the suggestion box on the ice cream table.

PPT Chandler: I just texted Jake and he said he has the login for the duck-cam. He probably wont give it, but also reach out to Lilith on the discord.

VP Zoboroski: Club funding budgets are due on September 3rd at 12:00 am. Club funding Meeting is 1:00 pm on Saturday the 6th.

Announcements:

PPT Chandler: We need to figure out what we are telling the new senators. We're probably going to have a lot show up next Thursday, so we need to be clear on what exactly we're telling them.

Chairman Reeve: Do we want to have some sort of classroom setup, so we can just give them the spiel.

Senator Dempsey: We could make like a pdf where it just has the information.

VP Zoboroski: No, we should probably just tell them in person. 

PPT Chandler: The document would still be helpful.

Senator Hefley: We could probably put that somewhere on the website, though.

VP Zoboroski: Let people know about senate, use wrongful tactics if needed. Tedrow will be showing up to help. The goal for this year is to get senate in a position where it won't die. No offense to anyone, but all the past chairs and VP just left, and I'm the only one who stayed.
