PPT Chandler: How many donuts are you buying for Donut Thursday?

Bronwyn: $250 worth.

PPT Chandler: But how many donuts is that?

Senator Farley: However many donuts $250 pay for.

LSM Budget Presented by Jacob

Jacob: We mainly need funding for the spring break mission trips.

PPT Chandler: Why are we giving money to YoungLife recruitment materials?

Jacob: It's a ministry that many of our students participate in it. It's technically a club, so we want to fund them, but is also falls under community ministries.

PPT Chandler: This is our first session of Senate, super excited to have y'all. We just approved the YAC and LSM Budgets, which is a formality we do at the beginning of each semester. They automatically get 20% of our budget, and if they present an itemized budget, then they get an extra 5%.

Chairman Amerson: I'm going to go clear the brush in front of the duck-cam, and we also have access to the Instagram from Lilith.

VP Zoboroski: Make sure you post about an hour before Senate Ice Cream, preferably in a meme format.

Announcements:

VP Zoboroski: Budget requests are due Wednesday at 11:59 pm. The interviews are Saturday the 6th at 1 PM. Ice Cream this Friday at 4.

PPT Chandler: If you want to become a senator, please contact me or Kyle so we can train you. We have a lot of different events we put on throughout the semester, and we'd love for y'all to help out.

Open Forum:

President Robinson: Please encourage people to put their club events on the universal calendar at club funding. Steve wants me to rename it to the student activities calendar.

Chairman Riccio: I wouldn't rename it just to prevent any confusion around it.

President Robinson: Yeah, but I guess I'll just refer to it as the student activities calendar when I tell people about it.

Chairman Riccio: So, do people just submit events and you approve it?

President Robinson: Yeah, there's a form where you can submit events and we'll approve it.

VP Zoboroski: You can't just add an event?

President Robinson: No... Well you can, because you're VP.

VP Zoboroski: You gave me a very great power.
