Chairman Amerson: I replaced the batteries on the duck-cam. It's not really getting any duck photos currently.

Chairman Riccio: Uhh... we have the bill?

VP Zoboroski: Yeah, we do that later.

Special Business:

VP Zoboroski: If you were one of the people who was wanting to get trained, please talk to me. The email got deleted and I forgot what you looked like.

Club Funding Bill of Fall 2025 brought up

VP Zoboroski: So this is what happened at the club funding meeting. Does anyone have any questions?

Senator Hefley: Why did LetSpace get no money?

Chairman Amerson: They had $4000 plus in their account, and what they were going to spend, they could've afforded.  And also they're doing fundraisers and plan to get some donations.

VP Zoboroski: So, I did the math. If we assume each year, we get $50000 a semester: After LSM, YAC, Exec Cab and salaries, were left with $16,000 for the year. After Ice Cream, a little under $15000. So, $11,000 being the number, that means we have roughly $4000 dollars to do other things. We do this in the fall and spring. We want to help start up some new clubs in the fall. Spring usually has less clubs, so we can usually distribute a little more. Any other questions, comments, concerns?

Student Life email is brought up

Senator Hefley: Don't we have the other bill? The KZX one?

VP Zoboroski: Well, Jason isn't here, so...

Chairman Mascorro: We were going to say no anyways.

Senator Farley: I did the math, and with that bill included, KZX would have 20 something thousand.

VP Zoboroski: I want to get stickers for Senate. I don't know how that works, I don't know how maker lab works, I know stickers stick but that's it. 

Chairman Riccio: Would we make a design?

VP Zoboroski: I would use the senate logo that says senate.

Senator Farley: What if it's senate with Dababy on it?

Vp Zoboroski: Approved. But either way, we need someone to look into that and figure it out. 

Chairman Mascorro: I can look into that.

KZX Social Engagement Bill is brought up, and it does not pass.

Open Forum:

VP Zoboroski: I forgot to get suggestions for this week. The paper on the thing doesn't actually say senate. If someone wants to make a new paper to put the Senate logo on there, uhhh yeah. It needs to be known that it's Senate's.
