Reports:
PPT Chandler: We are currently on week 4 of senate. Next week we will be taking shirt sizes to get some of you new guys shirts. We'll have them the week after.
Chairman Reeve: Senate Ice Cream tomorrow at 4 pm.
Chairman Mascorro: I asked about getting stickers from the Maker Lab. A guy I know who works there said it should be $0.25 per square inch, but he wasn't 100% sure. I will look at the example one in the commuter lounge in order to get a better idea of how it should be. Also, you guys should have gotten an email that invited y'all to the Senate Outlook group. It'll be a better way of internal communication, since there are a whole bunch of people who are still senators in the Discord still who don't even go here any more. Also it allows us to share any files, like the suggestion form and other things like that. Coen can talk more about the form.
Senator Hefley: Yeah, so I already made a chapel slide with the suggestions form QR code. There's an excel that automatically updates from the submissions from the form. Anyone of y'all can go and access it.
VP Zoboroski: Okay so it's just like an online suggestion box.
Senator Hefley: Yeah essentially.
VP Zoboroski: Okay I like that.
Special Business:
VP Zoboroski: Does anyone need to become a senator? Okay come to the front to say some words.
Senators LaQuey and Wooden sworn in.

Announcements:
Student Life email is brought up.
Senator Worley: Tonight we're hosting Judge Yeary from the Texas Supreme Court. We're giving out free shirts to those who come first.
Vaccine Clinic section of the email is brought up.
Senator Farley: Do we know if they stack still or?
VP Zoboroski: I'm guessing they still stack, they have some fine print there.
Dr.Conn: So like you're wondering if you get 10 vaccinations, you get 100% off...? I'm pretty sure they work that way.
Open Forum:
Senator Farley: Some questions came up since Auto both gets money from InterSoc and Club Funding, but since we're not a residential society, at least no one should be living there, that's why.
PPT Chandler: Does that mean that the women's society would've been able to get club funding?
Dr. Conn: No, because they're actually trying to be a residential society.
Suggestions are brought up.
PPT Chandler: One suggestion that was brought up was dorm ice machines, which would make getting ice a lot easier. Some people are also wanting more gluten and allergy friendly options, but I believe they're doing better at that. Another thing is that people want background music in SAGA, but I don't think there's any speakers there in saga.
Senator LaQuey: I think those would easily get hacked, like the TVs.
VP Zoboroski: Coen, did you want to go through the group thing?
Senator Hefley: Yeah it's pretty easy. You can click on files and see the excel file with the auto-filled submissions. There's also the chapel slide and QR code.
VP Zoboroski: Can we print these and put them on the boards all over campus.
Senator Hefley: Yeah, that would be easily doable.
VP Zoboroski: Okay yeah if we could do that and put them on the bulletin boards.
Senator Hefley: Could there be some way to get that in the Student Life email?
VP Zoboroski: Yeah, you'd just have to tell Hannah Eisen.
Session recessed at 11:26.
