Officer Reports:

VP Byrne: Please sit one to a chair.

PPT Farmer: If it looks like i am not paying attention, it is because I am doing my physics prelab.

Committee Reports:

Dr. Conn: I'm probably going to have to fill out the water fountain form because it looks like it is something a staff member needs to fill out.

Senator Keyes: For the handbook committee, we are on the way to make a pamphlet sized version to give a good introduction for students. If you remember anything, let us know.

Announcements:

VP Byrne: TOTOCS this weekend and the dance is next weekend.

PPT Farmer: If anyone wants to join rugby, we are in dire need of people.

Open Forum:

Chairman Robinson: Is the participation contest settled?

Chairman Ko: The data is recorded, when we make the final tally, it will be published.

VP Byrne: In the case of a tie, the suggestion for tie-breaking will be a rope pull. Should it be senators or halls competing?

PPT Farmer: Halls. Definitely.

Motion for a division of the house

Senators competing wins

Chairman Hancock: Anyone else have meal swipes randomly disappeared from their card?

VP Byrne: I talked to Ms. Davis and I know that they were some card issues recently. I heard that they are upgrading the security system, so be on the lookout for that.

Chairman Hancock: Will that change the access points, or something else?

VP Byrne: I think it would just improve the encryption.

Dr. Conn: I just want to confirm for updated IMPACT lists, are there any changes for chairs.

VP Byrne: How are we on ice cream's budget?

Chairman Robinson: We are at about 75% of the allocation. I was thinking about switching to hot chocolate soon.

PPT Farmer: If anyone would like to take on more responsibility, talk to me or talk to a chair.

Senator Keyes: What happens if nobody runs for student body president?

VP Byrne: I wouldn't be surprised if someone from the student-body shows up.

VP Byrne: Sorry, I tried to end this session before it starts raining, but let's go before it gets too bad.
