Committee Reports:

VP Byrne: Do we have an update to the Constitution?

Chairman Hancock: If you read my Google Doc, you would know.

VP Byrne: Please share with the rest of the class.

Chairman Hancock: I made a google doc with color coded highlights, and when that is finalized, we can discuss it with the entirety of Senate.

VP Byrne: It will probably be done before Thanksgiving.

Chairman Hancock: Please don't give me a deadline or else my threat still stands.

VP Byrne: Are you threatening me?

Chairman Hancock: More like me having a complete nervous breakdown.

VP Byrne: McNeil, keep an eye out.

New Business:

PPT Farmer: Motion to bring a bill to the floor.

Membership Competition Bill of Fall 2023 brought up.

PPT Farmer: Could we change this to distribute funds more evenly?

Chairman Hancock: Even if we don't approve, they still get the money. We pinky promised.

Membership Competition Bill passes.

Chairman Robinson: Motion to bring a bill to the floor.

PPT Farmer: Motion to amend this bill so that funds will be distributed randomly and not to any executive cabinet members or senators.

Amendment Motion passes.

Safety Survey Sponsorship Bill passes.

VP Byrne: Presents preliminary campus safety survey.

Dr. Conn: The board has decided against campus carry, so I would like this to stray away from opening the debate on that.

Senator Kushner: As far as I am aware, I am the only co-chairman. I was also added to IMPACT. Is that a co-chair thing?

PPT Farmer: Yes, technically

VP Byrne: They haven't said anything about the spring impact retreat, so is that still happening?

Dr. Conn: It's for leaders of the following year, those details haven't been confirmed yet.
